Norway is the most beautiful (and expensive) country I've ever been to so far. I had to close my eyes several times to take breaks from all the stunning views. No joke.
The best way to see it is to rent a car. Choose a few sites you want to visit and then go with the flow. My friend and I had a mission everyday to choose a camp spot with the best view. I wanted to wake up every morning and just feel like I'm winning in life.
The Atlantic Road to PARADISE!
All the colors at the right spot. How?
Welp, you know. Just some view along the drive.
Norway's tourism board is being too modest.
To call this a highway would be an insult. The red Volkswagon happened to be at the right spot for this picture. Norway, you make it so easy.
A roller coaster for my car.
When one beautiful scenery is not enough, here is a perfect reflection.
Oh cute! The house is trying to be one with nature.
Chilling, so hard.
No monster trucks here. Just happy cows and cute sheeps along the road.
Waking up to THIS! I'm on cloud 9, literally.
Norway made me a mountain girl. I mean fjord. Fjord girl?
Need a minute? Here is some coffee (even that was cute).
I've seen pretty pictures of Norway before the trip but I don't think I was fully prepared for how stunning it was! We were stopping every second to take pictures. It was truly beautiful everywhere I looked.
I highly recommend everyone to visit Norway. It was an expensive country. But, I was able to enjoy it on my non-profit budget. Rent a car, camp, and buy food at grocery stores. Everything else is free.
Did these pictures give you a case of wanderlust? I know it made want to visit Norway again.
